For his Fall/Winter 08 collection in New York Alexander Wang sent these cool cats skulking down the runway in beanies, ripped stockings, slouchy pants and sweaters, softening the masculine outfits by using sheer, fluttery fabrics and soft pleats. In other words, it was a brilliant extension of his Spring 08 collection, which used the same black, white and grey combination of colours. No complaints there.

Needless to say this is the reason all my sheer black stockings now have long, sexy rips in them.

Being the relative newbie at fashion that I am (I only got into it three seasons ago, I think, since the first fashion show I saw and fell in love with was Alexander McQueen‘s Spr 07 collection), I might be very wrong about this, but THIS IS SUCH A REVOLUTIONARY PAIR OF JEANS. There’s no button at the top. It’s just a very long fly that goes right up to her very flat navel. It’s also made of reptilian leather.
A. Wang, I want to wear your clothes so badly.
